1.Download usplash in gnome-look

2. Installation

$ sudo -s

$ apt-get install usplash

$ cd Desktop

:~# cp green-chrome.so /usr/lib/usplash

:~# update-alternatives --install /usr/lib/usplash/usplash-artwork.so usplash-artwork.so /usr/lib/usplash/green-chrome.so 10

3. Configuration

:~# update-alternatives --config usplash-artwork.so

:~# update-initramfs -u

If you want to check the installation before rebooting please write in a terminal

:~# usplash -c

Then to come back to the gnome desktop

ctrl+alt+F7
